What's new

What changed in each release, the same notes the app shows after an update.

  1. 1.4.1

    • New tasks start in Personal, whichever space you looked at last.
    • An After I finish task is due the day you create it, and you can tick it off early in All tasks.
    • Undoing an After I finish task no longer leaves it open twice.
    • Households: whoever created one can now remove someone from it.

  2. 1.4.0

    • Each task shows its history, with a 16-week calendar.
    • Also remind me before: up to two weeks ahead.
    • Settings > Away pauses your reminders during a break.
    • Remind again until it is done, and a fuller daily summary.
    • Households: activity, who did what, and nudges.
    • Weekly recap, streak freezes and stats per category.
    • Widgets, search, calendar export and Recently deleted.
    • Export and import your data, and a tour for new installs.
    • Fixes for XP and for After I finish tasks.

  3. 1.3.0

    • Recursa now speaks German. It follows your phone's language, or pick one for Recursa alone in Android's app settings.
    • Send feedback now goes straight from the app, no email app needed. Add your email if you'd like an answer.
    • On Android 12 and newer, Recursa can take its colours from your wallpaper: Settings, Appearance, Wallpaper.
    • Households: invitations now show up right away, you can see who else is in one, and leaving and joining again work.

  4. 1.2.3

    • You can now send crash reports to help fix bugs: Settings, Diagnostics. They are off unless you turn them on.
    • Found a problem or have an idea? Settings, Send feedback opens an email to us.
    • Repeating tasks can now end: on a day you pick, or after a number of times.

  5. 1.2.2

    • After an update, Recursa now shows you what changed.
